Mirroring the online and offline experience
Our mission was to transform Designer Sofas' digital landscape by bridging their offline and online domains. Through stakeholder collaboration, thorough analysis, and creative design, we aimed to replicate the in-store experience on their website, backed by a robust technical foundation for seamless integration and future growth.
Our collaboration with Designer Sofas (DS) centred on revitalizing their online visibility and user experience. Despite a strong physical presence, DS lacked an effective online platform.
During the discovery process, we engaged with stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges, and preferences, aiming to mirror the in-person journey onto their website. The discovery process concluded with a thorough technical audit that covered digital infrastructure, potential integrations, and proactive recommendations for the future.
Alongside this audit, we provided a range of high-level design concepts. Our overarching goal was to establish DS's digital identity by aligning the online and offline experience. By mirroring the immersive in-store experience on the website, we set out to bridge the gap and offer users a consistent and appealing encounter. This endeavour aimed not only to enhance UX but also to lay the groundwork for future advancements and growth in the digital realm.
