Cheeky Cherub is the one-stop shop for luxury pre-loved children's clothing, prams and accessories that brings the circular economy to children’s designer and high-end fashion.
Cheeky Cherub planned to transition away from their on-premise shop to a pure e-commerce model, driven initially by a new platform, mobile application and peer-to-peer marketplace.
Our mission was to facilitate Cheeky Cherub's digital transformation by guiding their fundraising efforts and enhancing their technology platform. We partnered closely with Cheeky Cherub to develop comprehensive fundraising documentation and introduced them to potential investors. Additionally, we conducted a technical audit, providing essential documentation and blueprints, aligning their vision with our combined expertise in fundraising and technical development.

Our partnership with Cheeky Cherub centred around catalysing their transition to a digital-first model.
Initially approached for fundraising support after unsuccessful attempts, we undertook a multifaceted approach. We meticulously crafted a suite of fundraising materials and introduced them to a network of potential investors. Simultaneously, recognising their tech scaling aspirations, we conducted a thorough technical audit of their existing infrastructure, generating essential technical documentation and blueprints.
Our comprehensive involvement in fundraising and technical development made us the ideal partner, synergising our dual capabilities to drive Cheeky Cherub's digital evolution. The collaboration resulted in a strategic roadmap for their e-commerce pivot, ensuring seamless integration of a new platform, mobile application, and peer-to-peer marketplace, thereby propelling Cheeky Cherub towards success in the realm of luxury pre-loved children's fashion.
